“Almost 3 years ago I was at a crossroads in my life – what I would describe as ‘life or death.’  I needed to lose 50 pounds and get myhealth under control.  I was 65 years old. I had lower back problems, high cholesterol, high blood pressure and a low thyroid.  I had alreadytried many ways to lose weight.  But now it wasn’t just about losing weight – it was about regaining my health.

I lost the 50 pounds. I reduced all my medications.  I got my back pain under control. Now I’m a spry 67+. A few months after finishing and into maintenance I reflected on why I was successful.  In large measure it was because I had a Coach – walking alongside me, encouraging me, challenging me, caring for me and ‘tweaking’ my program to make it work for me.
